Xavier Baeten

Xavier Baeten is a Professor of Management Practice in Reward and Governance at Vlerick Business School, affiliated with Ghent University. He holds a Doctorate in Applied Economic Sciences from Ghent University and dual Master's degrees in Tax Legislation/Accountancy (Vlerick) and Applied Economics (Ghent).
