Wouter ten Have

Prof. Wouter ten Have holds the position of Full Professor of Organization and Change at the School of Business and Economics (SBE) at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (since 2016). He concurrently serves part-time as a program leader for the Change Management MSc (Executive Education). His academic career began at VU Amsterdam, where he earned both his Master's in Economics and PhD in organizational change theory. His research focuses on evidence-based change management, behavioral change dynamics, and organizational design. He has authored 19 books and over 80 peer-reviewed publications, including works in journals like Journal of Applied Behavioral Science and Journal of Organizational Change Management.
