Wouter Scheepens

Wouter Scheepens serves as a Lecturer at TIAS School for Business and Society, Tilburg University, and is a founding partner of Steward Redqueen, a consultancy dedicated to sustainability and impact. He holds key supervisory positions including Chair of the Supervisory Board of Social Enterprise NL and member of the Rotterdam Energy Transition Fund's board.

Professional Engagement: With over two decades of entrepreneurial experience since 2002, Scheepens advises multinational corporations, development banks, and NGOs at executive levels on governance transitions and impact strategy. His prior 12-year tenure at ABN AMRO Bank spanned account management to Senior Vice President for brand and reputation, establishing his dual practitioner-academic credibility.

Organizational Leadership: As co-founder of Steward Redqueen, he leads teams implementing the mission 'Making business work for society' through sustainability strategy, governance redesign, and impact measurement frameworks across global client portfolios.
