William Jaeckle is the Seymour and Dianne Galina Endowed Professor of Biology at Illinois Wesleyan University. His research focuses on the physiology, ecology, and developmental energetics of invertebrate animals, with fieldwork spanning freshwater systems, Antarctica, tropical marine environments, and the deep-sea. He teaches courses in Human Biology, Histology, Biostatistics, and Experimental Zoology.
