William Brake

Dr William Brake is Associate Professor of Finance, Economics, and Analytics at Baldwin Wallace University's Carmel Boyer School of Business, bringing 25+ years of executive experience in manufacturing and innovation. Former roles include EVP at Cleveland Cliffs and Mittal Steel USA.

Research examines follower behaviors in workplaces, crisis leadership, and quantitative methodologies. Recent studies analyze manufacturing organizations during crises and upward influence dynamics. Teaches courses spanning Business Analytics, Data Visualization, Project Management, and Strategic Leadership.
