Mary Pisnar

Mary Pisnar is Professor and Chair of Management and Leadership at Baldwin Wallace University's Carmel Boyer School of Business. She holds a DBA and MBA from Cleveland State University.

Her research examines organizational behavior, gender dynamics in the workplace, and labor relations. Pisnar investigates emotional intelligence assessment and leadership competencies.

Prior to academia, she accumulated industry experience at Ford Motor Company, USX Kobe Steel, and May Department Stores.
