Wenkun He

Dr. Wenkun He is a Research Fellow in the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Imperial College London. He completed his PhD at Imperial College, focusing on nanofabrication and measurement of nanoscale single-electron transistors.

His research explores quantum devices and nanofabrication techniques, with particular expertise in developing room-temperature operational single-electron transistors and advanced inspection methodologies for nanoscale devices. Recent work involves hybrid transistor systems and quantum dot applications.
