Wendy Yan

Wendy Yan is a Lecturer at the Institute of Constitutional, Administrative Law and Legal Theory within the Utrecht University School of Law. She holds an LL.M and MSc and has been a PhD candidate since 2020, focusing on judicial feedback mechanisms between the judiciary and legislature in the Dutch constitutional order. Her research employs doctrinal and empirical methods to explore constitutional dialogues and legislative responsiveness.
