Koen Haex

Koen Haex is a Junior Assistant Professor at the Department of Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Legal Theory within Utrecht University School of Law. His work focuses on constitutional law, legal theory, and governance, with a specialization in the Dutch parliamentary system and constitutional evolution.
