About
Wei-Chung Lee is Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School's F.M. Kirby Neurobiology Center. His lab develops functional connectomics technologies combining large-scale electron microscopy and multiphoton calcium imaging to analyze neural circuit organization.
Research examines wiring principles in rodent and Drosophila brains, network development constraints, and conserved computational motifs. Current projects bridge behavioral analysis with structural and functional mapping to uncover fundamental network building blocks.
