Wei Chen

Wei Chen is an Associate Professor at the College of Business, University of Mary Washington (UMW), with a Ph.D. in Management from Texas Tech University. Her research focuses on business strategy, entrepreneurship, international business, business history, and business ethics.

• Education: B.A. from Xiamen University (China), M.A./M.S./Ph.D. from Texas Tech University, MAcc from the University of North Carolina.

Her scholarly contributions have been recognized with multiple awards, including Best Paper Awards from the United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship and the Journal of Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, as well as a Highly Commended Paper of the Year from the Journal of Management History.
