Warren Trezevant is a Visiting Professor in the Animation Program at the California College of the Arts (CCA). He serves as Product Manager for Animation Tools at Autodesk, overseeing tools like Maya and Presto. Previously, he was a Character Animator at Pixar Animation Studios (1995–present), contributing to films such as Toy Story 2, Monsters, Inc., and Brave. His work bridges traditional animation techniques and modern software development.
Notable projects include the Toy Story Zoetrope, an updated 18th-century animation device exhibited globally, and animatronic versions of Pixar's WALL-E and Luxo Jr.. He co-developed Pixar's Presto software system, acting as Lead Test Pilot and training over 80 animators. Warren is also a Board Member of the Black Rock Arts Foundation and contributed to the CHARON zoetrope installation at Burning Man.
Education: BA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He resides in Oakland with his family.
