Warren E. Whitaker

Warren E. Whitaker is an Assistant Professor in the Educational Leadership for Diverse Learning Communities Ed.D. program at Molloy University. He holds a Ph.D. in Leadership Studies with a focus on Higher Education Leadership from the University of San Diego (2018). His research bridges critical pedagogy, disability studies, and postsecondary education equity. He teaches doctoral courses on curriculum design for diverse learners, dissertation preparation, and collaborative leadership. Whitaker serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Postsecondary Education and Disability and SCOPE Journal of Leadership and Instruction.

His research interests emphasize intersectionality in disability studies, structural violence analysis, and neoliberalism's impact on educational systems. Recent work examines systemic barriers faced by Black disabled students in K-12 environments and strategies for equity-centered teaching post-crisis events.
