Wally Boudry is the Clara R. and Leo F. Corrigan, Sr. Endowed Chair and Clinical Professor of Real Estate at Southern Methodist University (SMU). As a full-time faculty member, he previously taught real estate courses at Cornell University's SC Johnson College of Business, New York University's Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and the University of North Carolina's Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is an award-winning teacher and researcher focused on real estate capital markets.
