Professor Vuk RADOVIĆ is a full professor at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, where he teaches Company Law, Commercial Law, Bankruptcy Law, and EC Company Law. He also holds teaching positions at multiple institutions including the Faculty of Law in Graz, Faculty of Economics and Geography in Belgrade, Faculty of Law in East Sarajevo, and Faculty of Law (UDG) in Podgorica. He earned his magister degree from the University of Belgrade in 2003, LL.M. from Pittsburgh Law School (2004), and PhD from Belgrade (2007). His research focuses on corporate governance, insolvency law, and gender-sensitive legal issues in commercial law.
