Andrea Zorzi is a Professor (tenure-track) of Business Law at the University of Florence. Previously, he held positions at the University Ca’ Foscari Venezia and practiced as an attorney-at-law in Venice, specializing in litigation related to company and bankruptcy law. He leads a research project on 'Minority shareholder protection and list voting in Italy' and co-leads the 'Human-Centered Business Model' initiative with UNIDROIT under OECD coordination. His expertise spans company law, insolvency frameworks, and corporate restructuring. Zorzi has contributed to the Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance’s Capital Markets Regulation expert group and participated in the EU-funded CODIRE project (2016–2018).
