Volker Prott is a Senior Lecturer in Politics, History and International Relations at Aston University, where he also serves as History Programme Director. His research focuses on nationalism, borders, ethnic violence, and humanitarian politics in 20th-century Europe, with a current project analyzing Cold War foreign interventions in cases like the Congo Crisis and Indo-Pakistani conflicts.
