Visweshwaran Ramesh

Dr. Visweshwaran Ramesh is a Postdoctoral Researcher and NCEO Fellow in Data Assimilation for the Water Cycle at the University of Reading's Department of Meteorology. His research focuses on land surface data assimilation and flood modeling. He works under Prof. Sarah L. Dance, contributing to projects such as the National Centre for Earth Observation (NCEO) and CANARI (Climate change in the Arctic-North Atlantic region and impacts on the UK). His responsibilities include assimilating soil moisture observations into the JULES land surface model and improving flood inundation forecasts using streamflow data in the UK.
