Virginia Brennan

Virginia Brennan, PhD, is an Associate Professor and Editor in the Office for Research and Innovation at Meharry Medical College. Her work focuses on cancer genetics and genomic epidemiology, particularly in identifying shared susceptibility loci across breast, ovarian, and prostate cancers. She collaborates with international consortia to advance precision medicine and address health disparities through molecular and clinical research.

Her research affiliations include the Meharry Cancer Summer Research Program, the Center for Women's Health Research, and the Vanderbilt-Miami-Meharry Center of Excellence in Precision Medicine.
