Vinod Tare

Professor Vinod Tare is a distinguished faculty member in the Department of Civil Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur (IIT Kanpur), specializing in Environmental Engineering. With a PhD from IIT Kanpur, he has established himself as a leading researcher in water and wastewater treatment technologies, natural resource conservation, and environmental systems modeling.

Dr. Tare's research focuses on critical environmental challenges, particularly in the areas of natural resource conservation and regeneration.
