Vikki Collin

Dr. Vikki Collin is a Lecturer in Psychology at the University of East London, where she also serves as Research Tutor. Her work focuses on medical education and strategies for increasing diversity within academic pathways. Collin's research examines structural barriers in academic career progression and develops interventions to support underrepresented students in health professions.

Her collaborative research has developed student-focused masterclasses designed to broaden participation in academic medicine. This work addresses pipeline development, mentorship models, and institutional practices affecting diversity in medical academia.
