Vikas Grover

Dr Vikas Grover is a Senior Lecturer in Management Information Systems at the University of Surrey's Surrey Business School, within the Department of Business Analytics and Operations. He holds a PhD and MSc, and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). His work bridges crime prediction, fraud analytics, and consumer profiling with applications in e-commerce and data-driven business strategies.
