Emily Finch

Dr Emily Finch is a Senior Lecturer in Law at the University of Surrey's Surrey Law School. Her research focuses on criminology, criminal law, and forensic science, with specializations in stalking, drug-assisted rape, identity fraud, and jury decision-making. She has advised organizations on fraud prevention and offender profiling, and her work has influenced domestic and international legal policies.
