Victoria Moore

Victoria Moore is a Lecturer in Healthcare Law at the University of Manchester's School of Law. She serves as Programme Director for the Healthcare Ethics and Law campus-based programmes and as Course Director for Global Health Law and Bioethics (2024-25). Her academic credentials include a PhD from the University of Manchester awarded in 2022, an MA in Healthcare Ethics and Law from the same institution, and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Birmingham.
