Victor Ostapchuk

Victor Ostapchuk is an Associate Professor of Ottoman Studies at the University of Toronto's Department of Near and Middle Eastern Civilizations. With a PhD from Harvard University, he specializes in Ottoman archival studies and historical archaeology.
