Victor Levi is Senior Lecturer in Power Systems at the University of Manchester with extensive industrial experience at United Utilities and Electricity North West. He holds MSc and PhD degrees in Electrical Engineering from University of Belgrade.
Research examines impacts of low-carbon technologies on power networks, including smart grid solutions, reliability modeling, network optimization, and dynamic stability. Current projects focus on probabilistic health indices for resilient power systems and Bayesian estimation methods for distribution networks.
Industrial expertise includes strategic planning, network modeling, power quality management, and regulatory compliance. He has published two books on power system planning and 80+ technical papers.
