Dr. Victor Beshay is a board-certified physician and scientist in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where he joined the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility in 2008. Fluent in English and Arabic, he completed his GCE at the University of London, earned his medical degree from East Carolina University School of Medicine, and underwent residency and fellowship training at UT Southwestern/Parkland Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Beshay’s research focuses on polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), a leading cause of female infertility, where he collaborated with Dr. Bruce Carr to identify novel transcription factors for potential treatments. His clinical expertise spans in vitro fertilization (IVF), fertility preservation, and minimally invasive surgical procedures such as microsurgical tubal reversal and myomectomy.
He is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (SREI). His academic excellence has been recognized through multiple scholarships, awards, and the Excellence in Medical Student Teaching Award during residency.
