Vicky Norman

Vicky Norman is a Senior Lecturer in Sport Business Management at Sheffield Hallam University. With 11 years in the sports industry, she has held roles in sports development, coach education, and strategic partnerships with organizations like the Amateur Swimming Association (ASA) and Sport England. She completed her MSc in Managing Sports Development at Sheffield Hallam in 2011 and joined the university's academic staff in 2015.

Her research focuses on volunteer development, behavior change in adult sports participation, and the impact of government policy on the sports sector. She collaborates with organizations such as the Swimming Trust, Sporting Equals, and the Youth Sports Trust.
