Veronica Jägerbrink is a Doctoral student at Malmö University's Faculty of Learning and Society, Department of Sports Science, and serves as an Assistant Professor at Linnaeus University. She is part of the SMOVE Graduate School (Sustainable Movement Education) which commenced in May 2022.
Her research focuses on sustainable working methods to educate schools and students in movement as a natural part of school operations. Specifically, she investigates what sustainable physical education in schools includes that leads to lifelong learning through movement, health, and well-being.
At Linnaeus University, she teaches primarily within teacher education programs, focusing on physical education and health for both the Primary Teacher Program and the Preschool Teacher Program, as well as motor skills and movement to music.
