Veronica Bohanan is a Lecturer in the Art Therapy and Counseling Department at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. A registered and board-certified art therapist, her interdisciplinary work spans poetry, feminist anthologies, and stage productions. She holds an MFAW (2015) and MAAT (2013) from SAIC, an MA in Social Foundations of Education (1999), and a BA in Speech and Hearing Sciences (1997).
Her creative publications include contributions to 'The Year That Change America Anthology' (2020), 'Home Girls Make Some Noise: Hip Hop Feminist Anthology', and authored works like 'OM: My Sistagyrl Lotus'.
