Valeria LIMA SALEM

Valeria LIMA SALEM is a researcher at the University of Rennes, affiliated with the research center CREM (Centre de Recherche en Économie et Management) and the IGR-IAE business school. She is conducting doctoral research on responsible food consumption behavior among Brazilian consumers under the supervision of Professor Karine PICOT-COUPEY.

Research Focus: His work explores the intersection of consumer psychology, sustainability, and food marketing. Through an Industrial Training through Research Agreement with Norac Foods and the ANRT, his research investigates how socio-cultural factors in Brazil influence ethical consumption patterns and corporate social responsibility initiatives in the food industry.
