Prof. Dr. Ute Windisch is a full-time professor at the Central Hesse University of Applied Sciences, Department of LSE (Life Sciences Engineering). She chairs the Examination Board for Bachelor's programs since 2015 and leads guideline committees at the VDI and DIN. Her work focuses on biomonitoring using lichens and mosses to assess environmental pollution and climate change impacts.
