Ulrich Pfisterer is a Full Professor of the History of Early Modern European Art at Ludwig Maximilians University Munich since 2008. Elected to the Academia Europaea in 2014, he specializes in early modern art history, theory, and global exchange. His affiliations include the University of Hamburg (2002–2006) and LMU Munich.
