Ulrich Pfisterer is a Full Professor of Early Modern European Art History at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München since 2008. His research focuses on art historiography, early modern European art, and global exchanges in art. He has held prestigious fellowships including the Ailsa Mellon Bruce Fellowship (2013) and the LMU excellent Research Professorship (2010-2012).
