Ulrich Haltern

Prof. Dr. Ulrich Haltern, LL.M. (Yale) serves as Chair of Public Law, European Union Law, and Philosophy of Law at LMU Munich's Faculty of Law. He leads the Munich Center for Law and the Humanities.
