Prof. Dr. Thomas Ackermann is a University Professor at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) holding the Chair of Civil Law, European and International Business Law within the Faculty of Law. His research focuses on European Union Law, International Commercial Law, and digital market regulation, particularly through initiatives like the Resilient Regulation for Digital Markets (RESREG) project.
