Rüdiger Veil

Rüdiger Veil is a University Professor and Director of the Munich Center for Capital Markets Law (MuCCML) at LMU Munich's Faculty of Law. He holds the Chair of Civil Law and Corporate Law, with research focuses on European capital market law, corporate law (including capital companies, group and transformation law, international company law), and employee participation in company decisions.
