Tyler Giannini is a Clinical Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, specializing in Alien Tort Statute (ATS) litigation, business and human rights, and clinical pedagogy. He has extensive experience with cases involving Myanmar, South Africa, and Bolivia, and advocates for social entrepreneurship in human rights contexts. Giannini holds degrees from William & Mary and the University of Virginia.
