Barbara Mouly is a Professor of Law at Liberty University School of Law, specializing in tort law and legal causation. She began teaching in 2007 with expertise in Torts and Lawyering Skills. With extensive legal experience since 1984, including federal clerkships and private practice, Professor Mouly previously taught at Regent University (1990-1999) and practiced personal injury litigation.
Her research focuses on unifying causation theories in tort law, exploring intersections between intelligent design and legal frameworks. She holds a J.D. from George Mason University, M.M. from University of Maryland, and B.A. from William & Mary.
