Tuğçe Ercan

Tuğçe Ercan is an Associate Professor at the Department of Architecture, Faculty of Architecture, Yıldız Technical University (YTÜ), Istanbul, Turkey. Her academic career began in 2004 after graduating from YTÜ's Architecture program. She has held roles as a Research Assistant at Yeditepe University (2004-2005) and YTÜ (2005-present), completing her master's (2007) and Ph.D. (2013) at YTÜ's Architecture Department. Currently, she serves as Deputy Department Head.

Research Interests: Ercan specializes in construction management, project management, cost planning, innovation in construction, and housing design. Her work bridges architectural practice with structural engineering, focusing on construction process optimization and residential design.
