Trevor Mutton

Trevor Mutton is a Professor of Teacher Education at the University of Oxford's Department of Education. He has been affiliated with the university since 1997 and serves as Deputy Editor of the Journal of Education for Teaching and on the editorial board of Teaching Education. Additionally, he holds a Visiting Professorship at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

His research focuses on initial teacher education policy, professional learning, and the role of partnerships in teacher training.
