Tracy Sulkin

Tracy Sulkin is a Professor in the Department of Political Science at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, affiliated with the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences. She also serves as Dean of the College of Media. Her research focuses on legislative behavior, political institutions, and American politics.

• Education: Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Washington, B.A. from Western Washington University

Her recent publications examine legislative styles, congressional scandals, and methodological approaches to analyzing political patterns. She co-authored the book Legislative Style, which explores how legislators represent their constituents and shape policy outcomes.
