Tracy Kaye

Prof. Tracy Kaye is Professor of Law at Seton Hall University School of Law since 2001, specializing in international taxation. She served as Chair of the Teaching Taxation Committee at the American Bar Association (2009-2011) and has been a visiting professor on taxation topics across Austria, Italy, China, Germany, and the Netherlands. Her career spans academic, legislative, and professional tax sectors.

Her research focuses on international taxation frameworks, cross-border tax policies, and legislative tax analysis, informed by her practical experience as Tax Manager in Boston and Chicago (1981-1987) and Legislative Assistant to Senator John C. Danforth (1987 onwards).
