Eric Laity

Eric Laity is a Professor of Law and Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at Oklahoma City University School of Law. He holds a J.D. and B.A. from Harvard University and practiced law in Texas for twelve years before joining the faculty, focusing on financial and energy sectors. His research centers on international and U.S. tax law, with affiliations to the International Fiscal Association and American Society for International Law. He has chaired committees on international tax law for the American Bar Association and remains active in the Texas Bar.
