Tracy Huang is a Lecturer in the Interior Architecture Program at the University of New South Wales within the School of Arts, Design & Architecture. She serves as the Interior Technics Stream Leader and teaches multiple courses including INTA1000 Design Practice 1 (2022-Present), INTA2001 Fundamentals (2017-Present), and BEIL6013 BE Nomad Japan (2024-Present).
Her research interests focus on Urban Interiors, Social Media applications in design, Design Thinking, Technology and Design integration, Data and Design relationships, Immersive Technologies, and Future Cities. Dr. Huang has secured significant research funding including the New Colombo Plan grant for 'Urbanisation in Japan' ($65,062.80) and the Australia-Japan Foundation grant for 'Sustainable Material Futures: Computational Design for Timber Architecture' ($45,000).

Her research demonstrates a strong interdisciplinary approach connecting interior architecture with digital technologies, sustainability, and cultural contexts.
