Tracy Anderson

Tracy Anderson is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management and Technology, Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, where she has worked since 2019. Her research and teaching focus on employment dynamics, collaborative work, and organizational performance.

• Education: PhD in Management from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; Master’s in Social Policy & Planning; Bachelor’s in Economics, both from the London School of Economics.

Her research explores how collaborative working creates interdependence between workers, shaping individual and collective performance, and examines how independent contracting affects managerial workers' pay and work-life balance. Her publications address topics like coworker departures, organizational outsourcing, and recruitment practices in the legal profession.
