Traci Sitzmann

Traci Sitzmann is a Professor and Workforce Development Scholar in the Department of Management at the University of Colorado Denver Business School. She is among the top 1% of scholars globally by citations and has received numerous awards for her research on training effectiveness, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and organizational behavior.
