Dr. In-Sue Oh is the Charles E. Beury Professor of Management at Temple University's Fox School of Business. He specializes in personnel selection, meta-analysis, and strategic human resource management. With nearly 100 scholarly publications, his work appears in top-tier journals such as the Academy of Management Journal and Journal of Applied Psychology. Dr. Oh has received prestigious awards, including SIOP's Distinguished Early Career Contributions Award (2016) and the AOM HR Division Scholarly Achievement Award (2016). He currently serves as Associate Editor of the Journal of Applied Psychology.
