Tracey Reeves

Tracey Reeves is an Assistant Professor of Law at Coventry University's School of Law. She previously worked at the University of Central Lancashire and participated in teaching exchanges in France. Before academia, she was a Solicitor specializing in litigation, judicial review, contract, and employment law. Her teaching spans undergraduate and postgraduate levels, including PhD supervision and professional courses. She has served as an external examiner for multiple institutions, including Nottingham Trent University, Swansea University, Manchester Metropolitan University, and the University of Portsmouth.

Her research focuses on employment law with an emphasis on equality, addressing issues such as religious discrimination, workplace rights, and labor policies. She has contributed to peer-reviewed journals like Coventry Law Journal and Amicus Curiae.
