Torsten Körber

Prof. Torsten Körber is a full Professor at the University of Cologne, holding the Chair for Civil Law, Competition Law, Regulatory Law, and Law of the Digital Economy. He serves as Director of the Institute for Energy Law (EWIR). His research focuses on Competition/Antitrust Law, Regulatory Law (energy & telecommunications), and Legal Dimensions of the Digital Economy. He publishes extensively on topics like digital platforms, FRAND commitments, data economy challenges, and Industry 4.0 legal frameworks.
